World Wide Pandemic

In the event of a worldwide pandemic and there’s a UK travel ban your booking will be rolled over to the following year. If you are unable to attend the following year’s new date(s) when published then you will be given a credit note which will last for 3 years from the date your original trip was due.

Event Cancellation of bookings

In the event we (Sun Rise to Sun Set Limited) have to cancel your booking you will get a full refund.

In the event of a customer cancelling irrespective of reason e.g., injury , work , getting married etc etc the , a 25% admin fee will be deducted from the payment the customer made. To Cancel an email must be sent by 23:59:59 1/4/2026 to the email address info@sunrisetosunset.org to get a refund after this date and time NO REFUND or rollovers will be offered.

Liability  

Sun Rise to Sun Set Limited are not liable for personal injury, death, damage to property or other loss whether arising from accident, cancellations, delays or any other matter beyond our control.

Alterations  

There maybe reasons why there are alterations to the event , riders will be informed asap

Rider Equipment  

It is also a condition that participants wear an approved bicycle helmet whilst riding the event  and that all participants ensure that their bicycle is in good working order before they arrive. We recommend that you have your bike serviced before you arrive for your trip.

Force Majeure 

This means that we will not pay you compensation if we have to cancel or change arrangements in any way because of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. These can include, for example, war, riot, industrial dispute (for example, the disruption or closure of roads or other transport systems), terrorist activity and its consequences, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, health pandemics ,adverse weather conditions. In the unlikely event of the cancellation/postponement of the sporting event for whatsoever force majeure reason, SunRise To SunSet Limited cannot be held responsible in any way for any monetary loss, inconvenience or any other circumstances, including non-refundable events fees.

Data Security

When entering our event your email address will be automatically added to our database. If you do not wish for this to happen, please send us an email titled  “unsubscribe” . We will never sell on or give your email address to any other company not owned by the directors of Sun Rise to Sun Set Limited. From time to time we work with other organisers and we may email you direct regarding their event we are jointly working on, but we will never pass on your email address to the other companies.

Refusal

SunRise to Sunset Limited has the right to refuse a booking without giving reason.
